Girls night in menu

Tonight is the night that I am providing dinner and a friend is providing movies for a free girls night in. Here is what I have planned:

Smoked sausage, cream corn casserole, some kind of lima beans, salad, sliced strawberries w/ fresh whipped cream for dessert and of course, sweet tea.

Smokes sausage - From the freezer
Cream corn casserole - I keep canned cream corn on hand for cornbread, but this sounded so good I have to try it. I don't have bread crumbs so I will top with cracker crumbs
Lima beans -I have a whole bag of frozen limas and cans of diced tomatoes so I think I will just mix the two with some seasonings and bacon grease if I have some in the fridge (It is a law here in Mississippi, you know!)

So that is the plan. We will see how the execution goes.
